they stroll through sunny, dusty, stinking, wonderful Havana. Next to dance

Salsa,

Gilberto more than once, when a female dancer makes one more turn than Gilberto
has indicated with hand pressure and shoulder tip…The chance to use what
you've learnt comes easily in a city full of music, sooner or later there
will be a time to dance. For example, you can dance with your taxi driver,
if he declares himself to be a salsa music fan….perhaps the waiter at
the hotel makes a date to dance with you at the end of his shift. Or you go
to clubs, plazas or to senior-karaoke in the Revolution museum and wait until
the other listeners just can't sit still any longer…."
