You will receive the booking confirmation after sending us your reservation in written form through our online-reservation form, by e-mail or via facsimile. The travel documents will be sent to you three weeks before departure date. If you have payed the entire amount ahead of time, you will receive the documents promptly thereafter.

Short-term bookings (within 7 days before departure) cost an extra of EURO 35.00 as a service charge. Reservation has to be payed immediately. Short-term bookings that require handling (sending vouchers, tickets etc. to you) on Sundays will require a service charge of EURO 80.00.

As a company we, in return, are insured to guarantee that your travel arrangements (consisting at least of two combined arrangements i.e. travel package) will be covered even in case of insolvency. This insurance covers all our customers and is issued by the R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG of Germany.
